    Get the Northwest Mobile app on your phone or tablet:

    • First, enroll in Business Online Banking by visiting your local office.
    • Next, log in to your Online Banking account and select Mobile Banking from the main selection tabs to enroll in Mobile Banking and establish your PIN.

  • Go paperless! eStatementsPLUS allows Online Banking customers to reduce the flood of paper mail by requesting electronic versions of periodic account statements, plus other bank notices.

    eStatementsPLUS Enrollment Steps

    • In the Online Banking menu, click the "Statements” tab, or the “Statements” link under the “Accounts” tab.
    • Read and accept the Electronic Delivery Agreement & Disclosure.
    • Confirm your email address.
    • Select which accounts and/or individual documents to enroll in paperless online delivery.
    • Verify your delivery preferences.
    • Add nsbinternet@nwbcorp.com and eStatementsPLUS@nwborp.com to your SPAM or Junk Mail filter's "safe" list.
    • Open the link in your eStatementsPLUS welcome email to complete your enrollment in paperless delivery.

    Important: If you do not confirm your email address, your enrollment will not be complete, and you will continue to receive paper statements and notices.

  • Make tax payments to the IRS safely, quickly and easily any time of the day or night. Save hassles. Avoid penalties.

    EFTPS is a free service of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. For businesses and individuals, EFTPS eliminates the hassles associated with writing a check and taking it to a financial institution or mailing payments to the IRS.


    Other benefits include:

    • Tax payments can be made securely from home or office, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • Payments can be made from anywhere that has a phone or Internet connection.
    • Payments can be scheduled up to 120 days in advance for businesses and 365 days in advance for individual 1040-ES payments. Payments can be made daily, weekly or monthly, which can help avoid penalties for late payments.
    • IRS does not have access to the business’s or individual’s account.
    • Scheduled payments can be canceled up to two business days in advance of the settlement date.
    • Up to 16 months of EFTPS payment history can be accessed online or by phone.
    • Every EFTPS transaction receives an immediate EFT Acknowledgment Number that is a receipt of the transaction.


    EFTPS uses the highest level of security available online. Your customers can be assured their information is protected and that no one has unauthorized access to their account.
